How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged item or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please initiate a request through our returns portal.
Are Zouk bags water-resistant?
Yes, our cork-based products are naturally water-resistant and easy to clean. While they are not fully waterproof, they can withstand light rain and spills. We recommend wiping them with a damp cloth for maintenance.
